Do I have to use all 5 products?
A: The 5 product regimen is specifically formulated to work together delivering the creatine ascorbate all day while continually moisturizing and protecting the skin. Deviating from the regimen diminishes one or all of these benefits and you will not get the maximum improvement to your skins appearance.
Can I wear my usual makeup?
A: In the morning after application of the final step in the regimen (Nourishing Daytime Lotion with SPF15) wait just a minute or so, and then apply your color make-up as usual. You should actually find the application and appearance of the color make-up improved.
Should I stop using the skin care product I now use?
A: For facial care, yes, stop what you are now using and start the Nurigene regimen. You should continue with whatever product you like for hand and body skincare.
I normally use an SPF 45 sunscreen, is the 15 in Nurigene strong enough?
A: For normal ambient light and incidental sun exposure the Nurigene SPF 15 should be all that you need. If you are going to experience extended sun exposure (over 1⁄2 hour at a time), a supplemental sunscreen should be applied.
I have very sensitive skin and many products irritate. If Nurigene irritates can I return it?
A: The Nurigene products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. In the event you experience an adverse event the product may be returned.
Do other products use the same ingredient as Nurigene?
A: No other skincare product contains creatine ascorbate.
Can I buy the individual products or do I have to buy the kit?
A: To start the regimen you should purchase the kit and establish routine and continual use of the product. The kit contains all 5 products which you need, and at a lower price than purchasing them separately. Individual products are available for replacement as you use them up, or you can re-purchase the full kit.
How come I have to buy Nurigene at the prescription counter as opposed to off the shelf?
A: Because we want to be able to discuss the benefits of the regimen with you, provide you with instructions on proper use and answer any questions you may have. Professional consultation is fundamental to Nurigene use.
If I’ve followed the regimen and used Nurigene in the morning, what do I do if I shower in the middle of the day?
A: Always use only the Nurigene Cleanser on your face and neck. To maximize the effect of Nurigene you should re-apply the Morning Regimen.
How come Nurigene is not available at the Walgreens I usually go to?
A: The Nurigene products have been thoroughly tested and we are now testing the distribution and communications in select stores prior to rolling Nurigene out to all Walgreens stores. Please visit www.nurigene.com or call 1-800-580-4881 to find a Walgreens store where the consultation and product are available.
I often make my Walgreens purchases online. Can I get Nurigene there?
A: In the future the Nurigene products will be available for purchase on the Walgreens website; however, at this time they are only available online through this site.
My dermatologist has me on Renova/hydroquinone/other, can I use Nurigene?
A: If you are under a doctor’s care for your skin you should consult with them. If you elect to stop the anti-aging regimen your physician has you on, you can immediately start with Nurigene. There is no known incompatibility of Nurigene with other products.
How long should I keep using Nurigene?
A: Indefinitely. Unlike many products containing acids or bleaches, there is not suggested termination of use direction. You must continue to nourish your skin and keep it well moisturized and protected or it will revert to its former condition and continue to decline from there. The appearance of your skin will continue to improve when using Nurigene for approximately 6 months at which point you should continue for maintenance of the benefits gained.
Why is Nurigene so expensive?
A: The regimen includes 5 separate products each formulated and manufactured to pharmaceutical standards. Each product is specifically formulated to work in a complimentary fashion with the previously applied product to ensure the maximum clinical benefit. Nurigene products are totally unique in their activity in the marketplace, but products in the same class as Nurigene are usually priced in excess of $250.00 from the physicians or prestige markets.
